Who we are
Volt Ltd runs this site and decides how the data below is used. For anything about your data, write to tal@volt-ltd.com.
What we collect and why

Please leave health, financial or other sensitive details out of the forms and the chat. We don’t need them to reply.
The AI chat
The chat is an AI assistant, and its answers can be wrong. Your messages go to Anthropic, which generates the answer. We don’t keep a copy of the conversation, and it ends when you close or reload the page. Anthropic handles the messages under its own API terms. Anything you send through the form inside the chat reaches our team like a contact form.
Who receives your data
We don’t sell personal data. These providers handle it for us:
- Vercel hosts the site.
- Anthropic generates the chat’s answers.
- Slack is where our team receives form messages and newsletter sign-ups.
- Google Workspace runs our email, including our replies to you.
- Kit will send the newsletter once it launches.
Transfers outside Europe
Some of these providers process data in the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Messages from the forms: up to 24 months after our last contact, longer only if they become part of a client relationship.
- Newsletter address: until you unsubscribe.
- Chat conversations: we don’t store them.
- Hosting logs: for the short period our host keeps them.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising trackers, so there is nothing to accept. If that changes, we will update this page and ask you first where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, and to correct it, delete it, limit how we use it or move it elsewhere. You can object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to tal@volt-ltd.com and we will reply within a month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
